About the book “The four Agreements”

Annelieke Van Der Sluijs – Netherlands – Portugal

Annelieke Van Der Sluijs

Pays-Bas – Portugal

Since very young, Annelieke is fascinated by the beauty of co-creation: the magic of feeling part of a bigger whole, shivering of joy and inspiration. A flow that opens greater possibility, a “touch” of the sacred…
What is it that sparks this alchemy? How can it be invited in places of stagnation, despair, fragmentation? How can the unique gifts of each Being be welcomed, valued, awakened, find expression, and participate in the subtle weaving of the tapestry of Life?

When she moved from The Netherlands to Portugal, in 2005, a whole new world opened through engaging with the land. Plants, seasons and cycles became her teachers. Bees and the forest her special companions and allies.

She loves to explore who we can be as “global gardeners”, weaving these skills in our daily lives. And to share the wonder that comes with this bond, with people of all ages.

In 2019, she co-founded the BeeWisdom network, together with her teacher and colleague Sandira Belia. She is currently living in Alentejo, South-west Portugal, where she supports land owners and bee lovers in this co-creative journey.

Educating through The Golden Rule

Living in Harmony with Our Precious Planet, Our Animal Companions and All Life

The Golden Rule is a saying for leading one’s life by treating others as you would like them to treat you. It suggests that other people should be treated fairly and with respect
For Denise Scotto, it extends to our beautiful planet and all forms of life. It’s the universal heart of most faith-based traditions and found in different cultures across the world. It’s called the ‘Golden’ Rule because there is value in having this kind of respect and caring attitude for one another and for humanity as a civilization.

Through her functions and her various actions over several decades, we will see with Denise Scotto, that this Golden Rule is at work everywhere in the world and that a great movement of consciousness is rising on our beautiful planet.
