Rift Valley Regional Center – The Ewaso Ngiro Library EFF-Rift Valley The Ewaso Ngiro Library was started by John and Peris Keshe in 2006. They wanted to provide a place where students could study together, learn from each other and have access to books.

John Keshe, Elizabeth Mootian and Margaret, directors of the Maasai Community Education Support Program (MCESP) run the library and provide support and counsel to children who want to continue their education.
